Program rules
Program-wide rules — apply to every campaign above
These sit on top of each contest's own terms. If a specific campaign is silent on something, this section decides it. Breaking any of these voids the reward, on any campaign, at any time.
One account, one person
Verified by KYC identity, device fingerprint and IP. Linked duplicate accounts disqualify all of them and forfeit any pending reward across every campaign.
KYC Level 2 required
Unverified or Level 1 accounts can trade but cannot claim. Complete verification before the campaign window ends — rewards aren't back-dated for late KYC.
Filled orders only
Cancelled and resting orders don't count. A partially-filled order counts only for its filled quantity. Below-minimum-notional trades are excluded per campaign.
No wash trading or collusion
Self-matched orders, and any pair of accounts trading against each other to manufacture volume, are stripped from every total before rewards are calculated — automatically, not case-by-case.
UTC, and the posted window is final
Every deadline, day-boundary and time-boxed window on this page is UTC. Activity outside a campaign's published start/end timestamp does not count toward it.
Pools are fixed, not top-ups
A shared prize pool splits by the stated formula regardless of how many people qualify. Forfeited or unclaimed shares stay unpaid — they are not redistributed to remaining qualifiers.
Reviewed before payout
Every campaign has an anti-abuse review after it closes. Rewards are credited within 5 business days after that review passes; a flagged account is held until it's resolved.
Clawback applies
KoinBX can void a reward and reclaim it up to 90 days after payout if the qualifying activity is later found to be abusive, bugged, or in breach of the Terms of Service.
Rewards are calculated from filled, non-abusive trading activity only and are credited after the anti-abuse review window for each campaign closes. KoinBX may adjust, pause, or void a campaign, and may disqualify any account, at its sole discretion where these rules or the Terms of Service are violated.
